Don't have a tracking code yet?

Don't worry, the tracking code will be automatically sent to your email within 3 business days after your product is shipped.

If you have not received your tracking code after 3 business days, please send an email to: contact@artehome.net

 requesting your tracking information.

Please note that the average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. If your order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe, we offer a full refund and you can keep the product for free when it arrives.

Please remember to include your order number in the email, otherwise we will not be able to fulfill your request.
