Exchange and Return Policy

If you have chosen a product from our online store but upon receiving it, you find any manufacturing defects, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ensure your right to exchange or return it.
Please note that the first step for exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service by email at: email@example.com
Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product.
Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything is in compliance with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you, and you can choose between:
- Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
- Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.
The cost of shipping the product for exchange is on us (Arte Home).
