WHY DO PRODUCTS TAKE 5 TO 12 DAYS TO ARRIVE?Ā 

We offer products with prices well below market value, which means we need to work with international suppliers (Europe and Asia).

Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers, and they send the product directly to your residence.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

We send the tracking code to you directly to your email within 3 business days, as our suppliers (the manufacturers) require this time.

If you haven't received the tracking code even after this period, please send us an email to: contact@artehome.net, including your order number (something like #4321), and we will give you a response within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION.

Yes, there won't be any updates during the transportation between the origin and destination country as there will be no package movement. You will be notified as soon as it arrives at its destination, and each movement will be communicated to you, as we are accustomed to with domestic orders.

IS THERE ANY FEE I STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

No, you only need to pay the full value of the product, as our products are not taxed by customs or post offices. However, if any type of tax is levied, we assume responsibility and pay any fees.
