Shipping and Delivery Policy

The products featured on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the USA, Sweden, and Germany.

The estimated average delivery time for our products is 5Ā to 10 business days, although there may be variations in delivery time due to factors outside our control, such as strikes by postal workers and other unforeseen circumstances.

All purchases come with a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email address within 3 business days. The tracking code can be used to track the package from its departure from the country of origin to its arrival at the customer's residence.

Delivery is always made by the postal service, but in some cases, such as when the recipient is absent or in areas with restricted delivery, among other reasons, the postal service may leave a notice for the customer to pick up the products at the nearest agency to the address provided.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 10Ā days of being shipped, sometimes even sooner.

If the order includes 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

We ask customers to pay careful attention to the delivery address provided to ensure that delivery is made within the established timeframe. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order, as the product separation for shipping is already underway. Additionally, it is not possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

Ā Tracking information on the postal service website may take between 2 and 3Ā business days to appear after the tracking code is provided. Any products damaged during transport are the responsibility of the postal service.

The delivery address provided by the buyer should be carefully reviewed before the purchase is confirmed. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, it will be the customer's responsibility. In case of delivery attempts by the postal service without success, and the package is left at the agency for pickup but not retrieved, the package will be returned to the sender abroad. After the confirmation of the new shipment, the delivery timeframe will start from the date of that confirmation, which will be registered in the order's database.

As an import service, all goods are subject to customs bureaucracy and taxation.

Arte Home is responsible for any costs (fees, charges, and taxes) imposed by the government. If the customer is taxed, they have 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document from the postal service corresponding to the taxation.

In case of reshipment, a new delivery timeframe will apply.
